Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed vide order passed in Crl.OP.No.9448 of 2021 dated 20.05.2021 directing the Petitioner/11th Accused to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and pass such or other and further order that, this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.HARIHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9448 of 2021 on 20.05.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
