ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue C.S.R. Receipts for the three complaints lodged by the petitioners dated 13.08.2018 and enquire the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the first petitioner is the mother of the second petitioner. He further submitted that the said S.J.Kumaresh has cut off water supply to the petitioners' house and also locked the petitioners' house and also locked the motor shed and hence the petitioners have lodged three complaints before the second respondent on 13.08.2018, but so far no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the said complaints are pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry with regard to the aforesaid complaint's and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law. In case, enquiry reveals only a civil dispute, he has to direct the petitioners to approach the Civil Court and get appropriate relief.

5. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
