W.M.P.Nos.14999 and 8255 of 2023 in M.DHANDAPANI, J.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner Management submits that the Writ Petitions are filed challenging C.P.Nos.27 and 28 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Labour Court, Coimbatore, wherein the Labour Court by order dated 21.09.2022, directed the petitioner Management to effect payment of computation amount within a period of three months from the date of order. Challenging the same, these Writ Petitions have been filed.

2. This Court while admitting the above Writ Petitions on 28.07.2023, granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner Management shall deposit 50% of the computed amount as ordered by the Labour Court to the credit of C.P.Nos.27 and 28 of 2022 on or before 14.08.2023, however prior to granting an interim order, the entire amount was deposited.

3. In view of the above, W.M.P.Nos.14999 and 8255 of 2023 in W.P.Nos.15450 and 8015 of 2023 are closed.

4. Post the main Writ Petitions for final hearing in the usual course.
