The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his father without due process of law.
2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Vijayalakshmi has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner. On the basis of the said complaint, the second respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.416 of 2015 for the alleged offences under section 448, 294(b), 323 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and on completion of investigation, final report has also been filed and the petitioner is no longer required for enquiry. Therefore, it is in correct to state that the petitioner has been harassed by the second respondent.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition and the petition is closed.
