ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is a departmental candidate having cleared the Physical Endurance Test, but did not make it to the viva-voce stage because of not being eligible in 1:2 ratio prescribed. He seeks to raise the issue of vertical reservation as he is a candidate who studied in Tamil medium at school level.

2. The aforesaid matter is thus fully covered by our order in W.P.No.27005 of 2015 (D.Anbarasan vs. The Secretary to Government, Home (Police) Department, Fort St. George, Chennai-9), decided on 08.09.2015.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
