CR.NO.123 OF 2013 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.4733 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.NO.535 of 2017 order dated 04.04.2017 pending on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIMAL B.CRIMSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURIYAPRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is to relax the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.4733 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.535 of 2017 dated 04.04.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has been complied with the condition regularly.

Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4733 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.535 of 2017 dated 04.04.2017 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudachalam, on the first working day of once in three months at 10.30 a.m until further orders. -sd/- 07/02/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
