Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 and the learned counsel for R2. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the petitioner/sole accused died on 26.09.2009 and a copy of the death certificate issued by the Corporation of Chennai, Department of Public Health has also been produced by him.
