This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.417 of 2011 on the file of Inspector of Police, Airport Police Station, Chennai and quash the same as illegal to secure the ends of justice.

2. Today, Mr.R.Padmanaban, S2 Airport Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.417 of 2011 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.63 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
