ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.85 of 2010 pending on her file.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.85 of 2010, by completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Chengalpattu, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.325 of 2015.

petition has become infructuous. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
