A.No.2647 of 2022 in OP No.537 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to recognise the applicant as Power agent of the petitioner T.R.Pranesh @ Pranesh Tenali Ramana Rao, to lead evidence in O.P.No.537 of 2021.

2.The above Original Petition has been filed to grant Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner therein with respect to the last Will and Testament dated 23.02.2006. It is seen that subsequent to the filing of the original petition, the petitioner left to USA for his avocation. Therefore, the present application has been filed by the mother of the petitioner, who is representing as the Power of Attorney of the petitioner, to lead evidence in the above Original Petition. 3.Heard, Mr.M.Aloysius Raja Pragash, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.
