It is seen that, in spite of the opportunity granted earlier by this Court, the petitioner has not surrendered.

Therefore, the application for suspension of sentence is dismissed.

In the meanwhile, the Trial Court will be entitled to issue / execute warrant and commit the petitioner to prison to undergo the sentence.
