Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., imposed by this Court in the above Crl.OP.No.10534 of 2022, dated 05.05.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESWARI KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10534 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer for only one week and thereafter, they are not complying with the conditions regularly.
