This petition is filed to condone the delay of 354 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.T.Hemalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondent and the name and address have been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 354 days, for which, reasons have been adused in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

Having been satisfied with the said reasons, the delay of 354 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
