This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 668 days in re-presentation of STA.SR.No.122304 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 668 days in re-presentation of above appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras within a periof of three weeks. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

Post the matter after three weeks "for reporting compliance".
