ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation-cum-

complaint dated 15.05.2024 forthwith.

2.On instructions, Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the first respondent forwarded the complaint to the Principal Secretary, Public Works Department, to submit a report. However, so far no report has been received on the file of the first respondent. If any report received, necessary action will be taken as against the accused in accordance with law, based on the report.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
