ORDER

(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 28.07.2020 and to measure the property and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

(2)Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondent submitted that the application made by the petitioner, has been taken on file and the respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 10.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner can be present during the enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

(3)Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already fixed the date of enquiry, there shall be a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to complete the entire process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (4)This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
