O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is preferred seeking a direction to dispose of MCOP.No.5447 of 2014 within a prescribed time.
2. The revision petitioners are the claimants in the said petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the claimants are yet to receive compensation for an accident that had occurred in the year 2014. He further submitted that in the fateful accident five of the family members of the same family were lost and the petitioners were not able to see the light of the proceedings.
3. However it is learnt that the examination of the witness had already been commenced and it is now pending for the respondent side evidence. In such circumstances, there is every possibility that the petition will get disposed in a short while.
4. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to 2/4
the learned Judge to dispose of the petition within a period of two months. No costs.
