Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records pertaining to Revision Petition No.1 of 2023 dated 22.02.2024 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and further directing the second respondent to pass the cash equivalent of the petitioner's earned leave.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 22.02.2024, thereby the second respondent was directed to pay Earned Leave encashment for 247 days in the line of the RCS direction dated 14.01.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. A perusal of the RCS direction reveals that subject to the availability of funds, Earned Leave encashment will be paid to the petitioner. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent.
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to pay Earned Leave encashment for 247 days, as ordered by the first respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
