This petition is filed to amend the compensation claim amounts in M.C.O.P.No.515 of 2016 on the file of Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner claimed a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation. Considering the oral and documentary evidence, the Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.5,27,400/- but restricted the same to Rs.4,00,000/-. There is no representation for the respondents.

3.In view of the above, the petition amendment is allowed.
