NO. 179/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the conditions imposed paras (e) on him in Crl.OP.No.1230 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.EZHIL NILAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.1230 of 2022 on 20.01.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
