The petitioner has been allotted Plot No.28 in S.No.518 as per the Sale Deed dated 02.07.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no access by way of ingress and egress to the said plot. Thus, the petitioner made a representation on 07.07.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
