The learned Subordinate Judge, Harur has addressed a communication to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, seeking an extension of time for complying with the order passed in Tr.C.M.P.No.602 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 wherein this Court had directed the learned Judge to dispose of the proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Considering the above request, a further period of 6 months' time is granted to the learned Judge to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.209 of 2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
