PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the respondent in Goods Detention Notice No.2546 dated 20.8.2015 and the consequential Compounding Notice in GDN No.2546/2015-16 dated 20.8.2015, quash the orders passed therein and direct the respondent to release the detained goods along with the vehicle bearing Registration No.GJ 2VV 2404. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the goods in question have already been released and that therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
