Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the impugned order dated 05.07.2021 passed by the first respondent rejecting the claim petition filed by the petitioner dated 30.06.2021 with regard to his property situated in Survey No.412/New survey No.519/3 of Eraiyamangalam Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District to the extent of 872 sq.ft. and quash the same and consequently, forbearing the first respondent from confirming the auction sale held on 17.06.2021 with regard to the said property.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conference seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
