ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition "the petitioners shall report before the Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.'' by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1593 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1593 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore, once a month, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
