ORDER
The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of 1/4
Child Marriage Act, 2006 and Sections 5(n), 5(l), 6(1), 7, 8, 16 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.9 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners arranged a child marriage to the victim girl, who is aged about 14 years. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioners are ready to co-operate with the investigation and abide by any other stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and strongly opposed this application on the ground that the petitioners arranged a child marriage to the victim girl. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the serious nature of the allegations against the petitioners, it is not the appropriate time to grant this anticipatory bail application.
