Seeking to survey the land for an extent of 6 cents in S.No.313/3, Pinji Village, Ranipettai, Vellore District, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking further prayer to issue patta after undertaking the said exercise.

2.A perusal of the typed set of papers would show that the petitioner has made several representations in this regard. The last of the representation has been made on 16.04.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any third party, if so required.
