ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 7.7.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report under the supervision of the first respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. In the petition, it is averred that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 7.7.2015 as against one V.J.Venktrayalu and five others stating that they attempted to enter into her property and when she tried to resist them, they threatened her with dire consequences. Though the complaint was given on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

7.7.2015, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 7.7.2015 lodged by the petitioner has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.201 of 2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 7.7.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.201 of 2015, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.201 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
