O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam to expedite the trial by pronouncing a judgment in C.C.No.50 of 2010 forthwith.

2. The petitioner herein is accused No.2 in C.C.No.50 of 2010, wherein, he seeks to expedite the trial.

3. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in fact, after completion of the trial, the accused were examined under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and thereafter, the matter was posted on 18.11.2015 for arguments.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and since the matter has reached the stage of arguments after completion of the trial, I am of the view that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no direction to expedite the trial at this juncture is necessary. Hence, this petition is closed.
