PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in detention order in No.C3/D.O/33/2025 dated 19.03.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the husband of the petitioner/detenu Mohammed Abdullah, S/o.Mohammed Kasim, aged 45 years, now confined in Central Prison at Cuddalore, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
