2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, as on date there is no progress in the suit. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the O.S No. 35 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
