The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prefer an Appeal before this Court against the judgment dated 12.01.2024 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Villupuram in C.A.No.52 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
