This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to provide sufficient police protection to the life and liberty on property of the petitioner from the respondents 2 to 5, who are threatening the petitioner and his wife with dire consequences to finish their life if the petitioner would refuse to return the property. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, current paper enquiry is pending against the petitioner on the file of the first respondent police. 3.

Therefore providing police protection does not arise when current paper enquiry against the petitioner is pending. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
