O R D E R

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to learned Judge, II Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.1288 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

2.Petitioner/husband has moved H.M.O.P.No.1288 of 2013 on the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai seeking divorce. Counter claim of the respondent/wife seeks the relief of dissolution of marriage and payment of permanent alimony in a sum of Rs.50 lakhs.

3.Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in the given circumstances, petitioner/husband has now sought early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1288 of 2013. He further submitted that the early disposal of the said HMOP would not cause any prejudice to the respondent.

4.On consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1288 of 2013 and also the counter claim of the respondent as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
