ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. Admittedly, as seen from the impugned refusal check

slip, subsequent to the purchase of the property by the petitioner, the very same property has been dealt with through registered documents. In view of the same, without cancelling those registered documents, the question of registering the sale deed presented by the petitioner will not arise. The contentions of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition requires oral and documentary evidence. Therefore, only a Civil Court can adjudicate the same.

2. For the foregoing reasons, in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. No Costs. 22-04-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ab
