ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of impugned notification/advertisement issued by the respondent in The Hindu English Daily dated 09.07.2021 vide Notification/ Advertisement in Advt. No.03-2021 dated 09.07.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to apply for the post of Legal Assistant.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
