ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who is representing one of the accused, viz.,A-2, and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The petition is to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.01/AC/2017/CC-V, which case was registered based on the complaint dated 08.03.2017.
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that more than a year lapsed and so far the final report has not yet been filed, which caused great inconvenience to the petitioner, since he is placed http://www.judis.nic.in under suspension.

Rpl The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is completed and the Investigating Officer has sought sanction to prosecute the accused persons and awaiting sanction order from the respective authorities.
Taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is suffice to direct the Investigating Officer to expedite the process of sanction to prosecute the accused persons and to file the final report on or before 30.06.2018.
In the result, the petition is disposed of with the above direction.
