This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited to the credit of Crime No.150 of 2022 on the file of CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore in Crl.O.P.No.25850 of 2022 dated 27.01.2023.

2. Now, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, matter has been settled between the parties and he seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner in Crime No.150 of 2022.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the defacto complainant to withdraw the the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited to the credit of Crime No.150 of 2022 upon filing the undertaking affidavit before the trial Court.
