This petition has been filed by the petitioners/Cross Objectors to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the Cross Objection SR No.114591 of 2018 as against the judgment and decree dated 08.10.2016 made in MCOP No.2107 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (Additional District Judge cum Special Judge for EC Act) Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
