Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent/insurance company.
3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.
Hence, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 630 days.
4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.J.Vijayaraghavan when the matter is listed for admission.
