Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to furnish final report in crime No:7 of 2009 with reasons for deleting the petitioner name in the final report.

ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to furnish the final report in Crime No:7 of 2009 with reasons for deleting the petitioner's name in the final report.
2. The writ petitioner was working as a Revenue Inspector in Sirkali. While in service, some proceedings were initiated against the writ petitioner and the matter was taken cognizance of by the Department of Vigilance and Anti-corruption. I am not going into the facts in detail as the prayer in the writ petition is very limited and is only to direct the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
1 & 2 to furnish final report in Crime No.7 of 2009 on the file of the Director, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai.
3. Today, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the final report in the said Crime No.7 of 2009 on the file of the Director, Vigilance and Anti-corruption, Chennai and has given a copy of the same to the learned counsel for writ petitioner.
4. Not withstanding the above, the writ petitioner raised an issue that the above report has not been communicated to the Department of Vigilance and Anti-corruption. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the file before me, from which it is evident that under cover of communication dated 14/12/2010 bearing reference RC.No.313/09/Rev/NP this report has infact been communicated to the Department of Vigilance Anticorruption.
5. Droving to all that have been stated supra, nothing survives in the matter and hence this writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also closed.
