ORDER

(Made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the online and written complaint of the petitioner dated 26.04.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Corporation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the inaction on the part of respondents 1 and 2 against the third respondent regarding unauthorized construction.

4. Mr.Raja Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that within a few days, action is likely to be initiated against the third respondent by issuance of pre-notice.

5. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands closed as no further orders are required. Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate action, if so required, at a later stage. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
