Crl.M.P.No.11169 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.32511 of 2019 P. DHANABAL.J., This petition has been filed for extension of time for further period of three months time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the directions given by this Court by its order dated 30.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.964 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.32511 of 2019.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to examination of witnesses and also sending the documents for forensic report, unable to complete the investigation by this time. However, they will complete the investigation and they have to send the papers to the higher authorities for perusal and considering other aspects, this Court is inclined to extend time for another period of two months. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
