The petitioner is said to be an Insurance Agent of the respondent no.2. As the respondent no.2 has not issued No Objection Certificate, the petitioner approached the respondent no.1 by making a representation on 23.06.2015. Despite the said representation, no steps have been taken and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 23.06.2015, without going into merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
