Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the representation dated 17.06.2015 pending on the file of the respondent in accordance with law. Seeking a copy of the sketch and a certified copy of the land belonging to the petitioner situated in Survey No.3157 and Survey No.3158, Block No.54, C.C.No.740 part, Purasaiwakkam-Perambur Taluk at No.112/179, Lakma Nagar, Second Lane, Kilpauk, Chennai, the petitioner made representations on 18.06.2015 and 24.06.2015. The above said representations were forwarded to the respondent no.2. By communication dated 03.07.2015, the respondent no.1 directed the respondent no.1 to look into the representations and send a report. As no action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
