C.M.P.No.12493 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 218 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.20,500.50/-in the above said appeal.

C.M.P.No.12491 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 206 days in representing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 218 & 206 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 001.
