4. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection in allowing the application. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is present in court, on taking notice for the 3rd respondent - Special Tahsildar has no objection in allowing the application.

5. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and in order to make an effective adjudication of the issue involved in the writ petition, this court is inclined to allow this miscellaneous petition.
