ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 25.03.2025 filed to cancel the patta issued in favour of respondents 4 and 5.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, submits, on written instructions, that already the appeal has been taken up for final hearing and by proceedings dated 15.04.2025, the appeal is fixed for hearing on 13.05.2025. He further submits that orders will be passed in the appeal within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to all interested parties. No costs.
