The petitioner joined the service as Assistant Accounts Officer on 23.08.2013 in pursuant to the order passed revoking his suspension. However, the petitioner's annual increment due on 01.07.2014 was not sanctioned. Hence, he made a representation dated 08.08.2014, followed by another representation dated 12.01.2015. On non-consideration of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking note of the pendecny of the representations, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
