ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the Writ Petition in the light of the order dated 22.11.2019 in WP(MD)No.17898 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same. 3.In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
